CTI-Ceramic Tile International-San Antonio
This 64,500 square foot office/showroom/warehouse project allowed CTI, one of Mexico’s largest manufacturers of building materials, to combine multiple U.S. regional operations into a single facility. In 2001 CTI asked Orion to design, build and lease back to them a state-of-the-art office/showroom/warehouse. Within twelve months after initiation of contact with CTI, Orion completed the design process, procured the necessary financing and completed this highly customized facility.
