Orion Construction Services, an affiliate of Orion Partners, works hand-in-hand with the company’s property services group to enhance turnkey service delivery capability. As of July 2003, Orion Construction Services had completed or was under construction with projects valued at over $100 million, and comprising nearly 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial space. Orion Construction’s client list includes many of the nation’s leading corporate tenants, such as Allstate Insurance, Pitney Bowes, IBM, and USAA, as well as numerous U.S. Government agencies, including both Army and Air Force agencies.
